Elke Reichart

As Chief Digital and Sustainability Officer (CDSO), Elke Reichart has been a member of the Management Board of Infineon Technologies AG since November 2023. After graduating in Romance philology, economics and postgraduate studies in applied computer science, she began her career in 1991 at Hewlett-Packard Inc. In her 26 years at HP, she took on various management roles in Europe and the USA, establishing herself as a transformation and digitalization expert. As Chief Digital Officer, she successfully led TUI AG through its digital transformation from 2018 to 2021. Before joining Infineon, she held supervisory board mandates at TRUMPF SE, SUSE SA, Bechtle AG and the esure Group.
